Kate Middleton topless pictures published

Furious Duke and Duchess of Cambridge sue French Closer magazine Cover topless snaps

French magazine, Closer, just published a number of topless photos of Kate Middleton sunbathing topless while staying at the French chateau of the Queen’s nephew, Lord Linley.
Although the photos are unclear, Closer features four pages of pics of the couple, with Kate topless in several.

The French branch of the gossip title Closer (which is not run by Bauer, like the British version, but instead run by Mondadori, owned by former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi’s holding company Fininvest) has printed four pages of the royal couple on their recent French break at the Linleys’ Provence, showing the duchess sunbathing fully topless.
The magazine’s website ran the story with the headline: “Oh My God! Photos that will go around the world … the future Queen of England as you’ve never seen her before … and as you will never see her again!”

Kate Middleton and Prince William recently went on vacation to France and stayed at the Queen’s nephew’s chateau, which they thought had a private balcony. The Princess decided to do a little sunbathing without bikini top, and was caught on camera by a paparazzi photographer. The Kate Middleton topless photos found their way into (and on the cover of!) the French magazine Closer, and needless to say, the Royal family is very angry. They are even threatening a lawsuit against the situation.

Shortly after the photos of Princess Kate were made public,
the Royal family released the following statement:
“Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner. Their royal highnesses had every expectation of privacy in the remote house. It is unthinkable that anyone should take such photographs, let alone publish them.”
The family also added that the occurrence was “suggestive of the most horrible excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, Princess of Wales.” They also revealed that officials working for Kate and William are meeting with lawyers to see what options are available to them as far as taking legal action against Closer.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge “have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner”, a spokesman for Clarence House, the Prince of Wales’s office, said.
A statement from Closer reads:
"Following explanation received after the publication of photos of Kate and William in Closer magazine France, we would like to make the following clarifications: This is the French edition of Closer and not the English edition. The photos we chose are by no means corrupting. They show a young couple on vacation, beautiful, in love, living a normal life. The article reports that the couple recently vacationed in the south of France,"
Re-Action
Furious Prince William and Kate Middleton launched legal action against French Closer magazine , after it published topless pictures of the Duchess taken while the couple were on holiday.
